Welcome to Fire and Ice Allstars, Inc., the hottest and coolest competitive cheer and dance program in Pittsburgh, PA!  Fire and Ice Allstars is a member of USASF (the governing body for allstar cheerleading and dance) and have coaches certified in every level (from 1-5) in stunts, tosses, and tumbling.  We are also a member of USAG (the governing body for gymnastics) and have safety certified coaches through there as well.  Know that when you choose Fire and Ice Allstars, you are choosing a program that believes first and foremost in athlete safety, and follows the rules and regulations demanded of USASF and USAG members.

We invite all athletes age 2 to adult to join our STATE AND NATIONAL CHAMPION and FINAL DESTINATION and WORLDS QUALIFYING cheer and dance teams.  Allstar programs exist solely to compete.  Fire and Ice Allstars choose exciting regional, state, and national level competitions which provide several teams in each level, so that all of our teams are measured champions.  Our teams bring together the strongest talent in the Pittsburgh area, representing well over 20 schools and districts, and will compete locally and nationally in cheer, hip hop, and jazz divisions. 

For those who do not wish to compete, we have lessons and classes in tumbling, cheer, and dance in private, semi-private, and group settings.  We also host clinics open to the public, from tumbling clinics with Woodward instructors, to dance camps like HS Musical and Hannah Montana, to athlete conditioning and mental wellness clinics with medical experts.  Visit our Services page for more information. 

Fire and Ice Allstars' program is dedicated to ensuring that each athlete grows to be a well-rounded successful athlete, but more importantly, we promise that all students will be taught the values that make them a good sportsman.  Fire and Ice Allstars, Inc. commit themselves to community service projects, such as Greater Pittsburgh Food Bank food drives, volunteer times, and other programs that give back to the community.  While cheer and dance are important, our passion and dedication are to the development of the child.  Good attitudes and a positive outlook are expected, and all teams will learn dignity, pride, and respect. 

 Why choose a USASF member gym?  Without the seal, it's just not real!  USASF is the U.S. All Star Federation. It's about safety standards. It's about coaches' education. It's about providing a safe environment to allow for the continued growth of all star cheerleading and dance across the country. It's about parents knowing their children are being taught using safe methods that are in accordance with the standard of care. It's about standardization of rules from one competition to the next.   Why would you NOT choose a USASF member gym?  Beyond the basic gym membership, Fire and Ice Allstars have taken the extra step to have coaches CREDENTIALED in stunts, tumbling, and basket tosses for Level 1 through 5.  The credentialing process involves written and hands-on testing to ensure that our coaches are deemed board certified.
